Led a team of research assistants, working with Fort Edmonton Park staff, to develop a prototype web-based smartphone game designed to increase customer engagement with the facility.
Administered and maintained a CMS driven site documenting human computer interaction research, leading to the creation of a multidisciplinary research group on interactive technology.
Worked with a large and geographically diverse research team to write a report to the Social Science Humanities Research Council Knowledge Synthesis Grants group on Canadaʼs Digital Economy.
Communications Assistant

Consulted with external firm to update Northwestel’s website design to increase usability and aesthetics.
Worked with Marketing and Communications team to write a website manual, allowing for more efficient and unified content updates.
Worked with Brand and Marketing Communications Manager to develop a staff social media manual and company-wide social media policy, enabling unified and timely communication with customers over Facebook and Twitter.
Increased functionality of Northwestel Facebook page by adding custom tabs showing complete company and career information.
